Does sex feel different after child birth or does the penis shrink?

I need men and women advise on this. I do not understand. I been married to my husband four years and dated my husband for three years. Sex felt different after I had children. I am confused because I had c sections. When I have sex with him, his penis feels smaller than usual. He is nine inches. Is that big, average or small? What do you think my problem is? Please help!
